Relevant du chef d'équipe de l'entrepôt, un associé d'entrepôt est chargé de préparer et de retirer les commandes des clients selon les besoins, de charger et de décharger les camions de produits, ainsi que d'effectuer des tâches d'organisation de l'entrepôt tout en offrant un service à la clientèle exceptionnel.

  • Préparer, emballer et traiter les commandes avec précision pour une expédition en temps opportun. Préparer les commandes clients et garantir l'exactitude en sélectionnant le nombre et le type de produits corrects.
  • Comparer les commandes internes aux bordereaux d’expédition. Vérifier, recevoir, inspecter et signer les expéditions et les livraisons par coursier. Déballer, inspecter, trier et ranger les stocks aux emplacements appropriés.
  • Charger et décharger les remorques et utiliser les équipements de manutention tels que les chariots élévateurs ou les transpalettes.
  • Effectuer les inventaires cycliques, maintenir et organiser les stocks, s'assurer que les stocks sont placés au bon endroit tout en maintenant la propreté et la sécurité de l'entrepôt.
  • Communiquer avec le superviseur concernant les articles en rupture de stock, documenter et signaler immédiatement tout dommage ou défaut.
  • Veiller au bon usage des EPI et toujours respecter les protocoles de sécurité.
  • Veiller au respect des règles de sécurité lors de l'utilisation des équipements de manutention, inspecter quotidiennement les chariots élévateurs avant utilisation et signaler toute situation de travail dangereuse.
  • Effectuer toute autre tâche d'entrepôt, au besoin.

Field Service Technician

WHY DO WE NEED YOU?

***While this position is remote, candidates must live in the Las Vegas, Nevada area***

With safety as the top priority, the incumbent will be responsible for the VERIFI equipment suite including installation, maintenance and repair.

Candidate will perform troubleshooting services to aid customers in resolving issues and help them achieve maximum potential from our solutions. The technician will be the primary VERIFI representative at the concrete manufacturing plant. They will install and maintain Verifi concrete management systems installed on customer mixer trucks and admixture dispensing systems as needed.

The VERIFI Field Service Technician will be required to interface regularly with plant management, batch plant operators, concrete mixer truck drivers, and truck maintenance management and mechanics.

Based at home, the candidate will spend approximately 80% of their time as the only VERIFI employee at the customer sites, thereby requiring candidate to work independently.

Schedule flexibility is required. Field visits may be scheduled late at night and/or very early in the morning.

IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Possess a broad array of knowledge including computer systems configuration, mechanical systems, pneumatic systems, 12/24 volt DC electrical systems, and hydraulic system principals.
  • Ability to learn new technology and processes quickly
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with both colleagues and customers
  • Organized and detail oriented, particularly with regard to maintaining records
  • Hands on Electro-Mechanical aptitude
  • Experience with hand tools, power tools, meters, gauges
  • High School Diploma required

Installation, Maintenance and Repair

  • The technical work pertaining to Verifi includes, but is not limited to review and analysis of system performance reports to determine problem areas and develop resolutions. Coordinate problem resolution with other employees as needed always serving as the local liaison and first line of contact to the customer.
  • The technical work will include installation, preventive and scheduled maintenance, calibration, and emergency and service repair.
  • The technical work pertaining to admixture dispensing equipment includes, but is not limited to installation, preventive and scheduled maintenance, calibration, and emergency and service repair.

Customer Relations

  • Assist Field Sales Representatives in the winning and maintenance of customer contracts through building and maintaining professional relationships with customers.
  • Must have sound judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to represent the company with customers in a professional manner.
  • Understand the impact of customer satisfaction to achieve corporate goals.

Planning & Scheduling of Dispenser Service work

  • The technician is self-dispatched. This requires an independent self- starter, self- directed person who possesses the ability to diagnose and determine requirements, plan and schedule daily, weekly and monthly events in accordance with the needs of the company and the customer.
  • In this role the candidate will interact directly with internal as well as external customers on a daily basis, and as such must possess competencies such organizational skills, planning skills, customer orientation and project management skills. The technician is responsible for managing their ‘response time’ consistent with customer expectations or agreement.
  • Must be on continuous call to respond to customer requests for assistance; diagnoses and solves technical problems, providing on-site assistance to customer locations for proper application of our equipment/products.

Equipment Service Administration

  • The service administration component requires a candidate to be proficient with computers in order to execute activities that include but are not limited to:
  • Equipment ordering, Warehouse part re-stocking, Expense reports, Service Management System compliance, Preventative Maintenance, calibration scheduling and compliance, Actively control expenses and demonstrate stewardship of company resources, Maintain real time participation CRM reporting systems, Track time, parts and incidental costs associated with each customer site and each customer truck.

Other Duties

  • Complete all safety training and on-line training modules; Observe all necessary safety procedures, both those of GCP/Verifi and those of host companies.
  • Develop a solid understanding of concrete and the concrete industry, most importantly the operations of a concrete plant.
  • Recommend modifications and product changes to improve reliability of equipment; work with the R&D team providing input to new system designs or researching/testing concept of operation of new parts and providing input to improve reliability and performance of the solution and its components.

The preferred locations for this role are Minnesota, Chicago, or Atlanta, as the primary responsibilities are tied to supporting operations at our sites in Mankato, MN; Social Circle, GA; McPherson, KS; and Denver, CO. This role is critical in ensuring that both plant and third-party manufacturing partners consistently produce products that meet or exceed established quality specifications. The position will collaborate closely with Engineering, WCM, Manufacturing, and R&D to identify and resolve issues across the entire production process—from raw material supply through to finished goods delivery.

Essential Functions

Quality Systems Leadership

· Leads the Plant Quality Council to align with strategic goals.

· Ensures audit readiness via structured reviews and root cause analysis.

· Acts as SME for ISO 9001, VSI, ASTM; represents plant in audits.

· Oversees QMS training and document control processes.

Quality, Compliance & Process Improvement

· Owns plant-level quality systems and ensures regulatory compliance.

· Drives Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) reduction initiatives.

· Develops inspection/testing protocols and leads corrective actions.

· Conducts supply chain audits and resolves customer complaints.

· Tracks and communicates key quality metrics.

· Establishes CTQ standards and implements SPC and capability studies.

· Develops control plans, process maps, and FMEAs.

· Partners with operations to improve yield and reduce scrap.

· Manages digital quality systems and dashboards.

EHS Leadership

The Maintenance Planner is responsible for increasing the productivity and effectiveness of the maintenance team by providing complete work order packages to the craftsmen and managing the preventative maintenance system. Impact:

Mixer Operator- Produces batches of materials that are used in the manufacture of products including adhesives, urethane and PVC foams. Batch sizes may run up to 7,000 pounds. The Mixer follows SOPs, production schedules and standard formulas to meet internal and external customers' needs. Accuracy in the mixing operation is critical to quality, cost-effective production of materials use in further manufacturing processes. The Mixer works independently and as a member of a team.

Employees are required to work overtime as scheduled. This includes before/after shift or weekend shift.

3rd Shift: Sunday night- Thursday night- 11:30 pm - 8:00 am

Pay: $22.28/hr to start plus $1.00 shift differential ($.75 increase in hourly rate after 6 months)

Each year, based on individual/business performance, employees have the potential to receive annual bonus in March and merit increase in April.
