*This role is remote, but the Associate Territory Manager must be commutable to the Toledo, Ohio region.

Today is an exciting time to be in Sales. The Essentials of Sales (EOS) Associate Territory Manager (ATM) will be responsible for establishing contact and coordinating activities with distributors, installation contractors, builders, architects, and specifiers. The Associate Territory Manager will also assist the Regional/District Sales Manager and Territory Managers in meeting sales goals while familiarizing the remodeling and new construction community with CertainTeed products and services. Additionally, this individual will become a resource of information for sales, marketing, and manufacturing in product needs, development, and application. This ATM position will be based in the Toledo, Ohio market.

Salary: 60,000

Program Summary:

Our 18-month program provides participants a full-time sales development role, where participants will increase their sales skills and their exposure to CertainTeed. Participants are provided with time in the field, hands on learning, and full access to Exterior Product Sales (EPS) leaders for networking opportunities designed to accelerate career development. These trainings and travel opportunities are a requirement for program completion and full participation should be given, except for extenuating circumstances. EOS Associate Territory Manager will support CertainTeed businesses in building strong relationships and portfolios of loyal customers through the development of new and existing customers. They will proactively promote CertainTeed products, systems, and programs. They will gain a knowledge base of all CertainTeed products, systems, programs, and promotions used to sell and promote the brand to potential customers throughout the U.S. Representatives will also be expected to collaborate with the managers and sales teams to ensure customer requirements are constantly being met.

Development Program Completion

Upon the successful completion of the program, the EOS Associate Territory Manager will work with HR, the Sales Training Manager, and Sales Leadership to explore available opportunities within one of our 12 sales regions in the U.S. for a Territory Manager role, or other roles within Saint-Gobain. Those not able to find another role at the end of a successful completion of the program may qualify for a completion bonus if eligibility requirements are met.

Certain states require pay information be provided in job postings. Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the national pay range for this position which is $57,100 to $85,600 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 10% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $ $62,810 to $ $94,160. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.

Mechanical Functions

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues on heavy equipment (e.g., hydraulic, fuel systems).
  • Replace filters, belts, and other routine wear components as needed.
  • Perform welding, fabrication, or minor repairs to equipment or structures is a plus.
  • Collaborate with mechanics to address complex equipment maintenance and repair needs.

Operational

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

  • Knowledge of plant manufacturing in an industrial maintenance experience in 24 hr continuous process environment.

Senior Research Engineer I – Adfors

The Senior Researcher will lead new product projects for the Business Unit (BU) with a focus on chemical formulation and textiles technology, using Stage Gate methodology. Project Management

  • Manage and document projects effectively under minimal supervision.
  • Generate project timelines/plans, technical memos, research reports, and presentations for internal customers, project teams, and management.

Support Marketing and Manufacturing

  • Participate in pilot and production trials. Proactively seek out information needed for successful trials and deliver results as requested.
  • Travel to manufacturing sites or customers for support when needed.

Collaborate Across Teams

  • Collaborate closely with the R&D process development team, as well as other members across ADFORS, including R&D, marketing and operations.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 7+ years of experience, or MS with 3+ years of experience or entry level PhD in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Materials, Textiles or other related disciplines.

  • Hands-on experience within a chemistry lab with polymer formulation, processing, and characterization required.
  • Experience in polymer formulations/engineering in a manufacturing environment required.
  • Knowledge of chemical and/or mechanical characterization polymeric materials required.

Warehouse Associate will be expected to perform all duties and responsibilities for the operations in his/her assigned area. Lead Quality Technician

The Lead Quality Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the quality of polyimide and other engineering plastic components through meticulous measurement, recording, and reporting of quality characteristics. This position involves the use of both contact and non-contact measuring tools, as well as conducting visual inspections. The Lead Quality Technician will oversee the site’s calibration program, manage incoming material inspections, track discrepant materials, generate customer Statistical Quality Control (SQC) and process capability reports, and conduct internal audits.

This role involves organizing and supervising the Quality Technician and Inspector teams, assigning daily tasks, prioritizing workload, and providing feedback to both internal and external stakeholders regarding job timelines and results. The Lead Quality Technician is expected to foster a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork, continuous improvement, and thorough documentation of quality processes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to safe practices and comply with all company policies, procedures, and health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Conduct safety observations and participate in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) activities as required, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe equipment operation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with 5S principles before, during, and after each shift.
  • Complete all paperwork accurately and honestly.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives focused on output, quality, cost, and delivery.
  • Record and report data and problems, escalating issues as per established protocols.
  • Handle raw materials, hazardous waste, and defective parts responsibly and in an environmentally safe manner.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on measurement equipment.
  • Follow written procedures, work routers, work instructions, and ASTM specifications.
  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot measurement equipment under standard operating conditions.
  • Review documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage the Quality Notification (QN) process and control of nonconforming material, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
  • Complete and sign-off on first and last article inspections promptly.
  • Oversee calibration programs and incoming material inspections as assigned.
  • Implement and update inspection plans and work instructions, assigning appropriate metrology to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Utilize Minitab or similar software to generate process capability and SQC reports.
  • Interpret customer part drawings and GD&T to develop quality inspection plans.
  • Provide training and support to Quality Technicians, Inspectors, Screeners, and Shipping/Receiving personnel as needed.
  • Serve as a reference point for quality-related inquiries and recommendations.

This position requires a proactive individual with strong leadership capabilities who can cultivate a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.

IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?

Maintenance Technician

This is a general maintenance position and the individual is responsible for a variety of equipment and repairs, which may include mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, etc.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school or equivalent is required.
  • 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience required.
  • Working knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical. equipment and procedures. Must have experience with hand and power tools.
  • Must have good communication skills and work in a team-based environment, as well as concern for customers.
  • Must have flexibility and will be required to be on-call on a rotating basis.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency (with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) preferred).
  • Must have good judgment, planning and organization.
  • Must be willing to learn and attend training classes as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in a similar type of industry/process is preferred - chemical, powder processing, etc. 
  • Electrical experience, welding skills, and knowledge of PLCs (Rockwell/Allen-Bradley hardware and software, instrumentation, and other electronics) preferred.
  • Previous forklift and aerial lift experience preferred.
  • Associates degree in a technical discipline preferred.

MAJOR JOB FUNCTIONS AND TASKS

  • Works in a manner that is safe while continuously ensuring quality, production and performance expectations are met
  • Performs hands-on maintenance tasks (repair and troubleshoot) according to set production maintenance priorities.  Responsible for all equipment and systems within the facility
  • Responsible for scheduling and performing preventative maintenance
  • Responsible for installation of new equipment
  • Responsible for inventory for parts & equipment. Works with vendors / OEM to obtain parts pricing and repair recommendations for process equipment and systems
  • Actively participates in the exchange of advice and assistance with peers in order to have a flexible and creative work team to accomplish goals. Must be able to follow verbal instructions and be committed to being a team-player
  • Maintains accurate maintenance records and recommendations for further action
  • Participates in startup and shutdown activities as required. Assists with Shutdown Task planning and scheduling
  • Required to complete a daily maintenance work log and issue purchase order requests
  • Preparation of equipment procedures and predetermination of material, equipment, and manpower for project continuity
  • Maintains the Maintenance Department work area and other maintenance parts areas. Clean-up after each task and on a daily basis performs care for tools and proper storage. Responsible for 5S and housekeeping as it pertains to maintenance parts, the maintenance shop, and maintenance jobs
  • Conducts OSC safety training and supervises maintenance and facility contractors when assigned. Provides leadership and job skill development for colleagues and contractors as needed
  • 24-hour call-in availability, as assigned
  • Complies with ISO9001 directives and TQM principles, complies with all Company, Local, State, and Federal rules and regulations in regards to Health, Safety, and the Environment
  • Other tasks as assigned
