L'Opérateur.trice de Machine, sous la direction du Superviseur de l'Usine, sera principalement responsable de la mise en place et de l'exploitation en toute sécurité d'une ligne de production de formage à rouleaux/coupe à longueur et de tout autre équipement de production. Ce poste assistera également dans d'autres tâches de production selon les besoins. Ce poste garantira des normes élevées de qualité et d'efficacité. La flexibilité des horaires est importante pour ce poste.

Responsabilités:

  • Se conformer à tous les protocoles de santé et de sécurité, en veillant à ce que tous les équipements de protection individuelle (EPI) soient portés et que toutes les politiques soient respectées;
  • Mettre en place et exploiter en toute sécurité diverses lignes de production;
  • Remplir les fiches d'inspection quotidienne avant utilisation requises;
  • Réussir la formation et la certification de chariot élévateur;
  • Préparer les bobines pour la production quotidienne;
  • Effectuer les changements d'outillage selon les besoins;
  • Résoudre les problèmes de contrôle de la qualité;
  • Effectuer des contrôles de qualité;
  • Travailler en toute sécurité et rester en communication avec l'assistant à tout moment;
  • Déplacer les produits finis dans l'installation de manière sécurisée;
  • Construire des palettes ou aider à la manutention des matériaux selon les besoins;
  • Maintenir une zone de travail propre et sécurisée;
  • Porter une attention particulière aux détails sur tous les documents de production fournis;
  • S'assurer que les documents de production sont correctement remplis;
  • Autres tâches assignées.

Qualifications et exigences:

  • Capacité à travailler individuellement ainsi qu'en équipe;
  • Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication;
  • Attitude positive;
  • Capacité à utiliser l'équipement requis de manière sûre et responsable;
  • Certification de chariot élévateur;
  • Capacité à soulever des objets lourds jusqu'à 50 livres, marcher et rester debout pendant de longues périodes;
  • Bien organisé et pratique;
  • Expérience préalable dans l'exploitation d'une machine de formage à rouleaux est un atout;
  • Flexibilité dans les heures de travail et les tâches.

The Territory Manager (TM) for CertainTeed Exterior Products is responsible for sales growth of CertainTeed’s (CT) portfolio of Siding products and systems by generating sustained demand and positioning CT as the preferred choice among owner, architect, builder, contractor, and distribution customer audiences in a manner consistent with CertainTeed’s strategic direction.

  • Works collaboratively with Regional Sales Manager to deliver sales growth and sustained demand.
  • Meets Performance Objectives and Incentive Sales Goals as determined by management.
  • Achieves specifications for Value Added Products (VAP) and increases project closing rate in the residential market.
  • Develops and implements territory strategy consistent with the overall business to maximize quality / effectiveness and quantity of sales calls.
  • Calls on end-users, contractors, builders, architects/specifiers, owners and homebuilders creating a “pull-through” demand, subsequently working with distribution customers to close related sales.
  • Actively targets and tracks construction projects from planning through bidding phases to maximize closing rates using company provided tools.
  • Builds, maintains and adds value to relationships between customers and CT’s organization; customers include all audiences, including owners, specifiers, contractors, distributors, etc.
  • Conducts and participates in sales promotions and educational meeting with architects, contractors, builders and builder sales representative, applicators, distributors and other trade factors.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

What do you bring?

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, marketing, business or similar discipline. OR Comparable experience in lieu of a degree - Five (5) years of equivalent training and experience that provides thorough knowledge of the laws, regulations and practices concerned with the field of construction
  • 4+ years of applied professional experience which includes managing customer relationships, sales presentations and closings of sales
  • Knowledge of residential construction practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and build quality relationships through networking.
  • Good interpersonal, negotiating and problem solving skills
  • Excellent presentation skills with good written and oral communication

The Quality Control Supervisor will independently supervise the Quality Technicians and ensure they complete their functions of DHR review/release, inspections (e.g., incoming, in process and final inspections), environmental monitoring, CAPA, root cause analysis, training, and compliance. The Quality Control Supervisor will coordinate and prioritize the quality technician tasks, such as, review and verify that the Device History Record (DHR) meets all expectations and ensure Good Documentation Practices were followed. The inspections (incoming, in-process, and final) are completed with a high level of detail to ensure our raw materials, work-in-progress, and final products meet the highest quality standards and ensure the form, fit, and function of our products meet all blueprint specifications. Lastly, the Quality Control Supervisor is a trusted resource for quality technician team and responsible for their quality training and performance.

Industrial Controls Technician

What is the job?

The Industrial Control Technician is responsible for assisting Engineering and Maintenance in the development, installation, setup, and troubleshooting of new equipment and processes within the plant and production lines involving electronic and industrial control systems. Will also be required to assist maintenance in the troubleshooting and repair of new and existing controls systems within the facility as well as assisting the maintenance department with its regular preventative maintenance programs and regimented electrical maintenance defense plan throughout all functions of the plant. Must maintain a well-organized and clean workstation and maintain/update required documentation. Dependability is an essential part of this job as well as the ability to team with co-workers.

Essential Functions:

  • Perform job in a safe manner following all rules/ regulations and training.
  • Perform daily safety inspection and report all unsafe conditions or Near Miss events immediately.
  • Possess a detailed knowledge of the National Electric Code.
  • Wear all PPE and ARC Flash gear as required.
  • Use electrical rated hand tools, power tools and measuring meters/ gauges as intended. Troubleshoot equipment and process problems.
  • Follow all environmental and housekeeping requirements, properly dispose of waste material, parts, and trash, regularly sweep keeping material, oil and water off floors and keep contaminated material from entering process water system.
  • Possess a wide-ranging skill set with thorough knowledge of electrical power distribution, electronic components, AC/DC circuitry, schematics, programmable logic controllers (PLC) coupled with a strong working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic principles.
  • A basic understanding of PLC and PC based control systems and their programming.
  • Ability to utilize a PC to analyze and troubleshoot ladder logic in PLC systems and perform minor PLC development and programming changes.
  • Must have extensive experience in industrial or heavy commercial electrical maintenance including installation, repair and adjustment of electrical components, controls, and equipment in accordance with applicable codes and standards.
  • Must be able to locate, troubleshoot and repair electrical malfunctions in equipment and electrical power distribution components utilizing proper test instruments and rated tools.
  • Must possess strong mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and repair minor mechanical malfunctions

The District Sales Manager will be responsible for selling products from the Omniseal Solutions portfolio (seals and polymer parts) within the North America (US, Canada and Mexico) to existing and new customers, with particular focus on new business in the area of Vacuum Pumps, Compressors, Robotics, Metal processing and Railway). Responsible for sales cycle and customer relations for existing and prospective customers.

This role will report directly to the Business Manager - Industry. This is a remote role ideally based in Midwest or North East of United States, close to a large airport.

Essential functions of this role include:

  • Visits prospective and existing accounts and determines specific applications for seal usage.
  • Completes technical service requests for quotations or project action requests for engineering and/or design and pricing considerations.
  • Communicates and presents product line and company capabilities to customers.
  • Interfaces with customers on pricing, quality and delivery information; provides product samples as required.
  • Researches and develops competitive data and potential market opportunities to Sales Manager and Marketing team.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical discipline is required.
  • 3+ years' experience with B2B sales (with a focus on technical component sales is preferred).
  • Must have ability to read blueprints and ability to interface and collaborate with Engineers on technical aspects of the product application.
  • Proven relationship building skills and commercial awareness.
  • Ability to understand the customer's business needs and identify and execute plans to deliver to them.
  • Effective influencing and communication skills, with the ability to understand and explain technical concepts to different levels.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills.
  • Project Management Skills: leadership in coordinating new customers’ projects and managing timelines across the organization.

Safety Program Support & Compliance

  • Assist EHS Manager and Specialist with projects and initiatives.
  • Coordinate and participate in GEMBA walks to assess workplace safety.

  • Support Safety+ and iLobby systems for contractor compliance.
  • Manage contractor training records and maintain compliance spreadsheets.

  • Conduct training for supervisors on Safety Huddle expectations.

  • Assist in the creation and presentation of safety and fire safety bulletins.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Enter and manage safety data in 40RMS, including employee permissions, crew assignments, and safety huddles.
  • Assign and track safety concerns for supervisors, managers, and superintendents.
  • Maintain and update key EHS spreadsheets, including:
    • Monthly SMATs and Concerns, New Hire SMATs, and Supervisor Quality SMATs
    • Open/Closed Concerns
    • Monthly Performance Summary
    • Annual TF Participation
  • Update and distribute weekly employee number reports for supervisors.
  • Maintain EHS data, incidents, events, and calendar tasks in GAIA.
  • Update the evacuation list after each new hire class.

Event & Meeting Coordination

  • Schedule and coordinate meeting spaces, including ordering food and supplies, and support HR with company events when needed.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations and gather relevant safety data.
  • Take and distribute meeting minutes for Central EHS meetings.
  • Coordinate and participate in EHS Day(s) and Safety Pillar initiatives.

PPE & Vendor Coordination

  • Order and maintain PPE and Hi-Viz clothing for employees and visitors and make sure a stock in maintained.
  • Coordinate vendor trials for safety equipment and PPE.
  • Manage relationships with vendors for shoe truck visits and general safety orders.
  • Manage relationships with vendors for prescription safety eyewear.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Work with supervisors and managers to resolve safety concerns in 40RMS.
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees regarding safety expectations.
  • Be comfortable managing projects from conception to completion

SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED AND/OR PREFERRED:

Associates degree or 3-5 years of equivalent experience in related, administrative field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and engage with employees at all levels. Proficiency in computer systems, with solid experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities, especially in fast-paced environments. Skilled in data tracking and analysis to support decision-making and continuous improvement efforts. Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to shifting priorities, and stay calm under pressure. While manufacturing and/or safety experience is a plus, it is not required. A willingness to learn and grow in a health and safety role is key.

ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS: Manufacturing plant is not temperature controlled; dust, fumes, and high noise areas are present inside plant areas. Manufacturing processes involve granules, sand, fiberglass, asphalt coating, crushed rock, and polypropylene. Noise levels exceed 80 dB in some areas of the site. Moving equipment such as fork lifts, buggies, genie booms and industrial sweepers travel throughout the facility, sometimes in congested areas.
