Principales responsabilités :

  • Développer et entretenir des relations solides avec les clientèles incluant les comptes majeurs, contracteurs et architectes afin de favoriser la mise en valeurs de nos produits et leurs promotions.
  • Collaborer avec les entrepreneurs, contracteurs et les spécialistes de la construction hors site pour élaborer des propositions à valeurs ajoutées, mettant de l’avant les avantages tels que la réduction des coûts, la rapidité d’installation et la performance de nos produits.
  • Travailler en synergie avec les équipes marketing et gestionnaire de produits pour assurer la cohérence des messages et répondre aux exigences techniques.
  • Assurer une vigie des tendances du marché, des activités concurrentiels et des retours clients afin d’ajuster continuellement notre stratégie et notre approche.
  • Fournir une assistance technique et commerciale axée sur la valeur afin de convertir les clients de marques concurrentes vers nos produits.

Expériences:

  • Minimum de 8 à 10 ans d'expérience en vente technique, dont au moins 5 ans dans un rôle axé sur la pénétration et le développement de marché dans l'industrie des matériaux de construction.

EHS Coordinator

The Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Coordinator will provide leadership to the EH&S programs at the plant, within the defined World Class Manufacturing framework, in a manner consistent with the Values and Attitudes of the CertainTeed Interior Products Group (IPG) and Saint-Gobain culture. Position Summary

The Dispatcher/Order Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the timely and efficient movement of materials, meeting shipping schedules, and maintaining accuracy in all inbound and outbound shipping activities. This position requires careful coordination to determine the most cost-effective shipping methods while optimizing productivity.

As a key contributor to Bailey’s shipping and receiving operations, this role directly affects the company’s success. Proper handling of materials safeguards against damages, prevents costly back charges, and helps maintain strong customer relationships.

 Job Duties

  • The responsibilities and accountabilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:

    Operational

    • Determine the shipping priorities, schedule, work assignments, shipping routes, shipping methods, and arrange shipping.
    • Prepare bills of lading, export documents, manifest and other necessary documents.
    • Determine space requirements and position of shipment in box cars, trucks and trailers.
    • Coordinate with various carriers, negotiate and compare quotes before placing orders.
    • Oversee loading and unloading of materials from trucks or other conveyances.
    • Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, record shortages and reject damaged goods.
    • Provide feedback to purchasers and route goods to the appropriate storage areas.
    • Ensure compliance with loading specifications and customer requirements.
    • Check pre-use inspection sheets for trucks and notify supervisors/outside contractors for any defects.
    • Arrange for maintenance and repair work for trucks; negotiate and monitor repairs.
    • Post weight and shipping charges and log driver’s reports.
    • Prepare and develop truck reports, monitor billing and other necessary reports and summaries.
    • Review all maintenance reports, identify issues, reports and implement corrective actions.
    • Liaise with plant, scheduling and customer service departments to ensure delivery requirements are met.
    • Train drivers on job duties, safety procedures and applicable company policies.
    • Operate forklift, hand truck or other equipment to load, unload, transport and store goods.
    • Conduct and document regular driver meetings to discuss and review new procedures, company policies, and safety talks.
    • Assist Warehouse Supervisor with work delegation in the warehouse to ensure orders are ready for loading.
    • Monitor and advise commercial vehicle operator (CVOR) status to management.

    Health and Safety

    • Maintain working knowledge of all Health and Safety policies.
    • Correct and communicate on any unsafe conditions/acts to the supervisor, JHSC and Corporate Health and Safety Manager.
    • Support and promote all aspects of the Health and Safety program.

    Other

    • Maintain a high standard of professional knowledge, ethics and practices when dealing with customers, suppliers, peers, subordinates, supervisors and other key stakeholders of the company.
    • Conduct oneself in a professional manner that reflects integrity and respect towards customers, suppliers, peers, subordinates, supervisors and other key stakeholders of the company.
    • Other responsibilities and accountabilities as assigned by the National Logistics and Distribution Manager.

    Requirements

    • High School diploma.
    • 5 to 7 years of dispatching experience.
    • Experience using a TMS system for booking carriers (i.e. Manhattan).
    • SAP knowledge and experience with reference to Warehouse Management and Shipping.
    • Experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
    • Experience in a counterbalance forklift operation warehouse experience is an asset.
    • Experience using strapping machines, natural gas fuel station, chop saws, mobile ladder and two-way radios.

  • At no time will an associate walk under a raised lift of materials.

  • Report all hazards, accidents, incidents, and near misses promptly to the supervisor.
  • Comply with all Bailey’s safety program requirements including ESRTW (Early & Safe Return to Work), Lockout, Pre-use inspection, etc. as delineated in the Health and Safety Manual.

Position is a key role within our strategic plan for Supply Chain Management. Position is responsible for processing raw materials, MRO and non-inventory purchase orders for the site. Is the main contact between the supplier and the site regarding scheduled deliveries that may impact operations and customer OTD. Negotiate with current and potential suppliers and vendors to optimize price, quality and delivery. Also acts as liaison between the supplier and the organization to address any quality-related, delivery issues requiring investigation, next steps, revised documentation, etc. The Buyer manages supplier performance using surveys, scorecards, audits, tracking and trending related outcomes. Adherence to SG Global Purchasing guidelines and standards. Strict adherence and commitment to carrying out the Corporate and local policies, rules, and regulations in these areas is required. The objectives are based on continuous improvements in P2P – Procure to Payment, inventory management (days inventory), lead-time reduction, cost savings, cost avoidance, risk mitigation and develop alternate sourcing. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Follow safety/environmental initiatives to achieve world-class performance.
  • Release PO's to meet production schedules and update purchase orders according to changes in the MPS.
  • Monitor open purchase orders to ensure aged orders are closed or updated.
  • Maintain working relationships with key suppliers to confirm production/shipping schedules.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and create improvement plans to secure business and mitigate supply/business risks.
  • Proactively request offers and negotiations with suppliers and assist in achieving overall site PPM savings goal.
  • Cost-optimized purchasing of all required goods and services in the right quality, in the right quantity and at the right time in compliance with purchasing guidelines and use internal e-tools.
  • Work in coordination with site/global purchasing manager to implement sourcing strategies at the site level.
  • Prepare reports of key metrics and keep materials & services costs updated in the system.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

 

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

REQUIRED:

  • BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related with a specialization in the area of Supply Chain Management or equivalent combination of training and work experience may substitute for degree.
  • 3+ years in purchasing, sourcing, and/or supply chain management or 1+ years experience with a degree.
  • Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with codes and legal regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate in numerous mediums (written, verbal, presentations, etc.)
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, excel specific, and MRP systems, QAD a plus.
  • Initiate, prioritize, drive to completion, and concurrently manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure. Uses a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment.

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the national pay range for this position which is $70,000 to $108,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 9% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $76,300 to $117,700. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.

The Quality Manager is a member of the site’s Leadership Team and plays a critical role in ensuring the site operates in full compliance with all federal/state regulations, ISO 13485 standards, customer specifications, and the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS). They take quick action and support root cause analysis, change management, document control, and CAPA when needed. They ensure the site is following a robust training program. Lastly, the Quality Manager is responsible for facilitating and hosting internal, customer, and supplier audits. They ensure clear and effective corrective action is taken from all audit observations. They ensure all investigations, root cause analyses, and CAPA are comprehensive. And they review and approve quality agreements with customers.

Duties/Responsibilities: 


Order Management 

  • The incumbent will have SAP experience with Order Entry/Management and be responsible for accepting, reviewing, processing, and maintenance of customer orders in a timely and accurate manner  
  • Responsible for answering and handling inbound calls (50-70 daily) in a fast-paced environment 
  • Will handle multiple Sales Regions while also providing backup support to non-specific Sales Regions  
  • Coordinate with Sales, Manufacturing, and Distribution to resolve service issues and other discrepancies which could negatively impact the customer and or CertainTeed 
  • Expediting of orders based on Customer’s requirements 
  • Sales Force experiencing to manage inbound general and service cases.  

Problem Solving Skills 

  • Communicate with Supervisors & Management regarding activities and significant issues related to Customer Fulfillment 
  • Proficiently and timely organization and follow up managing and resolving customers and sales requests/issues. 
  •  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expedite orders 
  • Analyze and evaluate alternative solutions to respond to Customer requests relative to lead time expectations, job sites, product sourcing, and availability within the department and Corporate guidelines 

Logistics 

  • Maintains strong lines of communication with shipping plants and Corporate Logistics to ensure seamless order processing and execution of standard and special/hot orders 
  • Understanding of Shipping/Delivery Lanes & Freight Rates
