The Maintenance Supervisor is a critical team member responsible for keeping all manufacturing and facility equipment/infrastructure operational. The ideal Maintenance Supervisor leads the maintenance team to achieve all short and long-term goals, maximizing equipment reliability, and minimizing equipment downtime. This position requires a working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building automation systems.

A successful Maintenance Supervisor drives safety, quality, productivity and process improvements. They do so by utilizing world-class manufacturing (WCM) techniques to plan, prioritize, assign, supervise, and participate in all tasks related to facility maintenance. They maintain and improve a preventative maintenance (PM) and calibration program. Additionally, they support the CAPEX of new equipment. They will also be responsible for developing and maintaining the site’s reliability pillar.

Lastly, the Maintenance Supervisor works closely with the Safety, Production, and Quality teams to prioritize and coordinate maintenance activity at the site. They enforce, maintain, and update the Lock-Out Tag-Out procedure for the site. Additionally, they work closely with outside vendors to procure and plan all necessary work.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Biomedical, etc.)
  • Will consider years of industry experience, in lieu of a degree
  • 3+ Years of experience troubleshooting equipment
  • 3+ Years of Facility Maintenance experience
  • 1+ Years of Supervisory experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ Years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • HVAC Certification
  • Electrical Certification

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the national pay range for this position which is $79,500 to $123,400 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 10% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $87,450 to $135,740. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.

Marketing Planning Manager

The Marketing Planning Manager is responsible for leading the annual marketing strategy and planning process to develop and deliver marketing plans that drive business growth for Saint-Gobain North America.   • Strategic Planning: Lead the annual marketing planning process, which is approximately 50% focused on driving brand strength (awareness, preference, salience) and adoption of SGNA’s systems and solutions; and 50% focused on achieving product marketing growth goals. This individual will lead the annual process, developing the strategic marketing plan, including brand growth strategy, target markets, solution positioning, and marketing channel strategy.
  • Marketing Plan Creation & Oversight. Lead the creation of the marketing plan that supports the strategy, including alignment to MWBs and resources, project planning and estimation, resourcing plan, budget, and backlog creation. This individual will lead planning in collaboration with our business units and corporate marketing team, ensuring cross-functional alignment on goals, shared prioritization of high impact activities, and aligned resources to deliver. This individual will align with marketing and business leaders to ensure alignment on accountabilities for execution.
  • Budget Management. This role will have budget oversight for the marketing strategy, allocating resources for maximum short- and long-term growth, and driving the investment model to achieve ROI+ growth. They will work collaboratively with department owners and business units to create shared investment plans, driving synergies in how we invest and measuring success of marketing across our business in terms of business results.

Job Summary
QA Inspectors compare in process and finished goods to established specifications; reports variance to Coordinator.

Essential Functions:

  • Compare first piece produced on equipment set-up for conformance to specification.
  • Write detailed inspection report in compliance with GMP standard on parts, products and processes that fail inspection; investigates scope of the failure and forward report to Coordinator for disposition.
  • Use working knowledge of inspection techniques to determine most accurate method of comparing measurements of complex parts to blueprint and specification.
  • Compare measurements, form, fit, function and value judgments of simple and complex parts to blueprint, specifications and general workmanship standards using documents, experience and knowledge of inspection techniques.
  • Utilize statistical process control where applicable.
  • Assist in orientation of new technicians and inspection processes, as necessary.
  • Assist in ensuring proper calibration of equipment and measuring instruments.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Maintain proper levelof supplies (office and inspection) to prevent depletion This includes reordering task
  • Carry out formulated plans, policies and procedures of the department per GMP regulations
  • Communicate with employee's any instructions or requirements as deemed necessary by the Quality Manager

The Product Stewardship and Compliance Specialist works with the Tapes Solutions and Performance Film Solutions Product Stewardship and Sustainability Team, and acts as a liaison between manufacturing operations, commercial, legal, and research and development teams. The job involves working with various team member to proactively manage the regulatory, stewardship and compliance of products, and the specific needs arising in their markets and regions as well as providing documentation and support on these topics to internal and external customers. This role has global responsibilities and impacts multiple sites.  Success in the position requires strong technical skills, and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders on existing and future regulatory requirements, and proactive action to reduce risks, including environmental impact while meeting sustainability goals.

Essential functions include:

  • Provide product stewardship, guidance and expertise to businesses and technology developers regarding compliance with EPA, REACH, Prop 65 and other global regulations, including PFAS, that govern Saint-Gobain Products.

  • Assist in answering inquiries from internal customers (AE, R&D, Customer Service, Quality) and external customers regarding stewardship statements. Prepare or revise product related documentation concerning Product Stewardship (Regulatory Datasheets, statements, SDS, ASIS).

  • Advise sites and R&D, globally, on Product Stewardship strategy in all stages of Innovation.
  • Support the areas of product registrations, monitoring and measuring product risk profiles, product compliance certification, product footprint and sustainable design. Lead or provide technical expertise in hazard and risk reductions project charters.

  • Manage regulatory submissions to appropriate government agencies (ex: ECHA, EPA, etc.) and only representatives.
  • Facilitate system implementation, maintenance process improvements to maintain regulatory compliance of existing products.
  • Serve as key contact to provide regulatory intelligence on current and upcoming regulations for Product Stewardship.  
  • Offer training and development to the teams for all applicable locations globally.

We are seeking candidates with the following education & experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, Sustainability or related Science is required

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 12% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures.   • Foster site compliance regarding the North American Purchasing Policy [NAPP], Purchasing’s Internal Controls Reference Framework [ICRF], Gift Policy, and Credit Card [One-Card] Policy.
  • Ability to manage projects for sites which they oversee, evaluate spend, to develop site portfolios for site agreements and cross-site/business synergies to leverage contract negotiation.
  • Drive compliance of the company’s digital tools to ensure everything is bid out according to policy, vendors are validated, and savings/avoidance is properly tracked/reported.
  • Utilize the law department library of contracts for all capital, equipment, and service transactions.
  • Process/monitor purchase orders and act as full-scope vendor liaison (i.e. bid walks, quotation, negotiation, purchases, contracts, risk qualification, SGCT Drug & Alcohol Policy, etc).
  • Execute and review monthly reporting to ensure proper site operations, commitments are reconciled, and on-time payments are achieved.
  • Hold regular training sessions and monthly Purchasing meetings with the plant staff regarding Purchasing procedures.
  • Required to sign Purchasing Charter, participate in online and in-person training sessions, weekly/monthly conference calls and meetings, and engage in plant level meetings as defined in the operations cadence.
  • Travel to the remote sites must be visiting monthly/yearly based upon need, as well as travel for site audits, vendor tours, emergencies, and events (Buy-Techs, events, staff meetings).
