SageGlass' smart windows are revolutionizing building facades by enhancing occupant comfort and reducing energy consumption. We are seeking dynamic sales professionals to promote and specify this innovative technology within the architectural community through a high-volume outreach strategy. As an Architectural Sales Representative (ASR), you will focus on educating architects and façade consultants about the functionality and benefits of our window technology. Your role will be to demonstrate how this solution helps clients achieve building performance goals and secure its position as the basis of design. This position works closely with the Sales team, including Territory Managers across the U.S., to expand the pipeline of qualified opportunities. Success in this role is measured by contributions to the total sales pipeline and won volume within designated regions, directly supporting our ambitious growth objectives.

However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 9% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $87,200-TTC to $98,100-TTC. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.

  • Maintains 5S work space before, during, and after each scheduled shift.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

Required Skills & Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED certificate (preferred).

• Ability to read, understand and follow written materials including blueprint drawings, job orders, etc.

• 5+ years experience in injection molding plastics processing; prior experience in set-up and operation of injection molds and auxiliary equipment; Experience using inspection equipment and following quality procedures.

• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, good attendance and flexibility to work overtime as needed. Other

• Manual dexterity required to operate machinery and program equipment.

• Good vision to read written materials and measuring instruments.

Production Machinist II

WHY DO WE NEED YOU?

The Production Machinist II position sets-up and operates a variety of machine tools to fit and/or assemble parts to machine given jobs. Operates conventional and/or computerized numerical control machines to perform grinding operations, and make straightforward, repetitive adjustments to components. This position is also responsible to set-up and operate assorted conventional/computerized shop machining equipment to produce, grind, mill, plane, shape, groove, cut, or profile various types of wheels/parts to specifications.

What you will be doing in this role:

· Must be able to work in a self- inspection environment and be able to meet demands of common LEAN/WCM practices such as data

collection, meeting daily output goals, and 5S standards.

· Must be able to machine various raw and partially finished materials and products, (i.e., metals, resin, aluminum, steels, alloys, and

other composite materials/systems and diamond wheels and hold tolerances of .0005” or less.

· Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, program readouts, and technical directives to determine and obtain materials and

cutting tools for the job and to visualize the finished part and critical surfaces, dimensions, and tolerances.

· High level of problem solving and decision making ability.

· Must know, understand and follow common machine shop safety practices as well as those outlined by SGA.

· Able to handle multiple and diverse tasks with minimum or no supervision: willingness to be flexible with job responsibilities andworking hours.

· Practice safe work habits, maintain equipment and work areas in a 5S environment.

· Ability to work effectively with others in a team environment is required.

· Able to read and understand verbal and written instructions and possess good communication skills.

· Supports World Class Manufacturing activities including autonomous work teams.

· Must be able to determine appropriate set-ups and operation parameters (speeds, feeds, etc.) based on the type of material to be

Mobile Maintenance Operator

WHY DO WE NEED YOU?

What's the job?

Responsible for preventative maintenance tasks on industrial machinery, maintain industrial equipment as necessary. Trouble shoot machine break down and repair situations and safely restore the machine to the proper operating condition. Must adhere to all company safety policies and JSA’s while performing tasks and at all times when on the premises. Must possess a thorough understanding of the operation and have acquired additional technical training, both classroom and practical that will further enhance abilities that will meet individual and company needs.

Job Duties:

  • Diagnose faults or malfunctions to determine required repairs, using engine diagnostic equipment such as computerized test equipment and calibration devices
  • Be able to read equipment schematics and books to look up parts and service manuals
  • Operate and inspect machines or heavy equipment in order to diagnose defects. Repair and replace damaged or worn parts.
  • Test mechanical products and equipment after repair or assembly to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufacturers’ specifications
  • Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance work on heavy equipment and vehicles using hoists and other proper tools
  • Examine parts for damage or excessive wear, using micrometers and gauges
  • Schedule maintenance for industrial machines and equipment, and keep equipment service records
  • Weld or solder broken parts using electrical or gas welders and soldering tools. Be able to burn, cut and grind safely.
  • Complete required safety/work permits
  • Ensure maintenance shop is following 5S protocol
  • Be able to navigate SAP/PERSONAS for completing work orders, maintenance notifications, looking up parts and all other job related task. Complete equipment PM’s as scheduled
  • Will participate in training, craft skill improvement and department safety topics
  • Gensuite participation – conduct required SMAT Audits in accordance with plant goals and objectives
  • Report all EH&S incidents – Injuries/Recordables, Near Misses, First Aid, Environmental and Property/Equipment Damage
  • Ensure adherence to Waste Management and Recycling responsibilities.
  • Participate in Incident & Near Miss Investigations to determine root cause and corrective actions.
  • Participate in the development, understanding and review of all position JSA’s
  • Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned
  • Relieve loader operators at lunch

  • Certified Diesel Mechanic/Automotive Technician
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience and successfully pass a skills test that is intended to determine mechanical skills and knowledge, basic electrical, general welding, cutting, hydraulic, pneumatics and instrumentation knowledge and skills.
  • Certification as welder and the ability to use electrical or gas welders and other soldering tools.

Moving equipment such as haul trucks, front end loaders, fork lifts, skid steer loaders, man lifts, and cranes travel throughout the facility, sometimes in congested areas. Frequently outdoors to perform work requires ability to work in hot, cold, rainy, snowy conditions.
