Saint-Gobain, like other large companies around the world, experienced a cyber attack on June 27th. We have isolated our information technology systems to protect our data. We are continuing to investigate and are working diligently to provide a resolution as soon as possible. See here for important updates provided to Saint-Gobain employees in North America.

Windows Security Patch for Remote Users
6/28/17 -- A new protocol has been developed for those working remotely and without access to a location with IT.   As an important first step, Paris has created new “patches” to protect our systems.   Click here for full details.

Backup Company Smartphone Contacts
7/5/17 -- Due to the loss of Saint-Gobain’s Active Directory connection last week, the contact information on Saint-Gobain corporate smartphones will be desynchronizing, and could be lost. To avoid losing your smartphone contact information, employees should immediately copy their contact info on to their iCloud account (for iPhones) or local storage (for Android). Click here for full details.

Patch Confirmation
7/5/17 -- Saint-Gobain has created a new program to confirm if your PC was properly patched.   Click here for full details.
