Saint-Gobain’s building materials subsidiary, CertainTeed, issued the industry’s first Health Product Declarations (HPDs) that offer detailed information on the makeup of the vast majority of the company's ceiling product families and their potential health and environmental impacts, helping architects and designers make fully informed decisions when specifying products. HPDs also contribute to important materials and resources credits under the newest version of LEED, which places greater emphasis on product transparency.
