Master's Degree, Business, Engineering or equivalent - preferred
8-12+ years or more experience in Product Management, or a related field is required. Master's degree is preferred. - required
5+ years successful experience in managing, measuring, and driving an organization.
An Engineering aptitude is a plus, experience in working in a large matrix organization and excellent presentation and communication skills - required.
The incumbent must possess strong organizational skills, as well as be thorough, detail-oriented and be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. The individual must have a working knowledge of computer systems and must possess strong customer relations/service, mathematical, negotiation, team leadership and interpersonal skills. Professionalism, as well as both oral and written communication skills are required.
Understanding the customer's needs and requirements and have a solid knowledge of markets and competitive situations.
Oversight of an enterprise operating in a very competitive environment which constantly explores, through highly technical R&D and product development people, new products, and applications where success can mean significant growth into new markets or development of new applications in mature markets.
High degree of general business acumen.
The position works with a wide range of people representing many different internal and external functions. The ability to communicate verbally and in writing, convey leadership, solve multifaceted problems, and operate with consistency.
Experience in working in a large matrix organization is a plus. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Certain locations require pay information be provided in job postings. Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees’ wellbeing and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $165,500.00 to $264,500.00 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 24% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $205,220.00 to $327,980.00. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
