We are seeking a strategic, tech-savvy leader to drive digital transformation within CertainTeed Roofing’s supply chain operations. This role will lead the development and implementation of advanced supply chain strategies and technologies—particularly AI—tailored to the building products or big box retail environment. It offers a unique chance to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and IT, fostering a cohesive and efficient supply chain operation. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to shape the future of supply chain innovation in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and implement digital supply chain strategies aligned with business goals
  • Integrate AI, analytics, and automation to optimize operations
  • Partner with procurement, logistics, and IT to ensure cross-functional efficiency
  • Oversee M&A-related system integrations
  • Identify and lead process improvements using data-driven insights
  • Manage vendor relationships and technology platforms
  • Ensure compliance and performance across supply chain initiatives

 

IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, IT, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 8–10 years of experience in supply chain or digital transformation
  • Proven success implementing AI or automation within building products or big box retail
  • Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Excellent analytical and communication abilities
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%

BENEFITS IN JOINING US

Certain states require pay information be provided in job postings. The national pay range for this position is $111,000 to $177,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 15% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The total target cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $127,650 to $203,550.
